Firm konsumentów technologii, które wygłosiły wyniki finansowej w tym tygodniu wyglądają jak małe łódki pływające na wielkiej fale, która jest powodowana z powodu supertankowiec Apple.

Firma, która w roku 1997 prawie zniknęła z rynku, Apple jest teraz drugą najbardziej docenianą spółką na  świecie, po Exxon Mobil Corp. W dniu 20 kwietnia firma poinformowała, 5.99 mld dolarów amerykańskich dochodów za okres styczeń i marzec, prawie dwa razy więcej od zeszłego roku. Firma przewiozła rekordowo 18.65mln iPhones podczas pierwszego kwartału. Jej iPad tablet komputer jest tyle popularny, że firma nie zdąża produkować wystarczająco.

Microsoft Corp.: Przegrany

Apple zdetronizował Microsoft, jako najbardziej doceniana technologiczna firma już w zeszłym roku. Według sprawozdania Apple, firma wyprzedziła Microsoft pod względem dochodów w kwartale. W pierwszym kwartale (styczeń - Marzec) tego roku, Apple też wyprzedził Microsoft pod względem dochodów netto.

W czwartek, Microsoft poinformował, że dochody z systemu operacyjnego Windows zmniejszyło w drugim kwartale pod rząd z powodu mniej ludzie kupują komputery z systemem Windows.

Więcej ludzie zamiast kupują Mac - Apple poinformował, że sprzedał 28% więcej sztuk. Inny wybierają iPad-y. Goldman Sachs uważa, że 30% więcej sprzedane iPad-y mogą zastąpić sprzedaży komputerów. W latach dziewięćdziesiątych, globalny trend był wręcz przeciwnie w innym kierunku, jak komputery z system operacyjnym Winodws wyprzedzili Mac.

Nokia: Przegrany

Nokia w tym tygodniu poinformował, że zwolni 7000 pracowników. Firma dalej sprzedaje więcej telefonów niż inny, ale jego udział na rynku skrócił, zwłaszcza, jeżeli chodzi smartfonów.

Strategy Analytics, firma która zajmuje z badaniami rynków, także twierdził że przychody z sprzedaży Apple-a iPhone wykroczył sprzedaży smartfonów Nokii w pierwszym kwartale tzn. Styczeń-Marzec, mimo że iPhon są droższe niż smartfony Nokii. To sprawia, że Apple jest teraz największym producentem telefonów na świecie pod względem dochodów.

Polskie kiełbasy na liście Europejskiego

Dwie polskie kiełbasy zostały prowadzone do europejskiego listu produktów regionalnych. Te kiełbasy mianowicie 'mysliwska' and 'jałowcowa' od chwili obecnej będą nosiły logo UE i napisy 'Tradycyjna specjalność gwarantowana'. Spośród ponad tysiące regionalnych produktów w książce europejskiej, tylko 26, w tym powyżej wymienione kiełbasy, są produkowane w Polsce.

W dokumentach Komisji Europejskiej na temat produktów, można przeczytać, że 'sam nazwa produktu 'myśliwy' i 'myślistwo' pokazuje charakter tego produktu, okazuje pierwotny cel: z tego typu wędliny były wykorzystywane przez myśliwych jako zapasy w czasie potrzeby.'

Nazwa 'kiełbas jałowcowa', jednak, okazuje specyficzny charakter produktu, który jest zwiążane z jego wyjątkowym smakiem i aromatem. Ta charakterystyczna cecha jest zwierciadłem procesu produkowania jagód jałowca, które są drobno posiekane tuż przed dodawaniem do mięsa, i korzystania gałęzi jałowca podczas gotowania.

Palm brings family happiness

In the Greater Poland traditionally willow tree branches were cut. One decorated it with colourful ribbons, papers or wool. Today we buy ready-made palm, said Katarzyna Fertsch.

One can put them on the window during the storms, so it could protect the home from lightening. Make it dry so it can take care of happiness throughout the year. One can also eat it to have good health. Or mix it with grains to ensure good harvest. Nevertheless, first of all one needs to get it consecrated on last Sunday before the festival. The discussion is of course about Easter Palm.

The Sunday Palm consecration is in commemoration of Jesus' arrival in Jerusalem. When he arrived to the city on donkey, the resident of the city threw coats as well as palm branches at his feet. 

They eat palms

-Our Easter Palm symbolizes in fact these branches. However, because of the regional differences, we use other kinds of plants, explains Ewa Ryś of the National Museum of Agricultural and Agro-Food Industry from Szreniaw. -The typical Easter Palm branches were from willow tree. Already on Ash Wednesday one needed to cut it and put it in a vase with water.  This all procedure was in order to keep these branches green until Palm Sunday. Few people later decorated it with ribbons of blotting paper, with colourful flowers, papers, and even with linen and wool. Others added green branches of  boxwood, cowberry, yew, heather or club moss. The most important, however, was the branches of willow tree.

After consecration, few people ate stem. It was believed that it would keep them healthy, added Ryś. Stem of these branches were supposed to cure headache and throat deseases. Nonetheless, when these branches got dry, they were mixed with herbs, which helped in curing. Palms were also framed and were hanged on the wall. It brought luck to habitant of home and guarded the house from fire and misfortune. With thick branches, a cross was made, which was put in the field so it can protect harvest and keep away natural disaster, even from hailstone. Palms also took care of children and cattle so they can rise healthily.

Easier to buy

Today most people buy readymade palms (self-hand-made are still prepared in the villages or on mountains). These most popular, colourful, mysteriously weaved with dried flowers and grass, are Vilnius palms.

-Traditionally, the Greater Poland palms were made till the Second World War. Later, population got mixed up from different region and everyone added some regional element to it, explains Ewa Ryś.

These Vilnius are in a big amount at the shop, where one can buy them. The cheapest, 30cm long palm, costs one zloty. Hence, it is hardly surprising that hand-made palms are already matter of past.

Small but colourful

Making Easter Palm and decorating it is a family business for Andrzej Skrzypec. He brought around 5000 pieces to Poznan and selling it at the Easter fair, which will end on Sunday.

-While choosing palms, people are mostly driven by the price, which is why smaller palms are more popular, said Andrzej Skrzypiec. A few are also paying attention to the colour.

In production of Easter Palm only polish plants, flowers and grasses are used. Sometime it happens that boxwood and fir are added. The biggest palms are in size of 80cm.

Palm ends on the head

For centuries, palms were burned on Easter Saturday and ash were kept until next Ash Wednesday. This year's palm will be served to sprinkle on the head of religious believer next year. Is it same nowadays?

-It is important that the ash is from burned wood. It is writeen that it should be a palm, explains priest Edmund Jaworski from Gułtow. -But it is not compulsion, and it can be also from a thorny tree.

Polskie kobiety coraz bardziej zostają głównymi żywicielami rodzinnych jak one coraz więcej zarabiają niż ich mężowie.

Choć Polki jeszcze zarabiają srednio, 23% mniej od mężczyźń, w szybkim tempie dosięgają aby porównać razem z mężczyznami jak co raz więcej zajmują najważniejsze stanowisko zwłaszcza w biznesie i ich premia wzrasta.

W 40% polskich rodzinach kobiety zarabiają więcej od mężczyźń i liczba wzrosła o 30% w ostatnim dekadzie, według nowe dane Głównego Urzędu Statystycznej. 

"Zgodnie z faktem że liczba kobiet zarabiających więcej niż mężczyźń wzrasta z powodu rewolucji kulturalnej, które panował w Polsce w ostatnich latach," powiedziała Urszula Sztanderska z Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego we wywiadzie Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

Od 1990 liczba kobiet, które są głównymi żywicielami rodzinnymi, wzrastała od 1.1mln do 5.1mln do końca zeszłego roku.

Jakie zawody najbardziej ufają Polacy?

Podobno większość Polaków najbardziej ufa zawody jak strażaków i farmaceutów, ale od ubiegłego roku są bardziej przekonani do pracy jak lekarze i sędziowie, według badania Readers's Digest European Trusted Brands Survey 2011, cytowany przez Rzeczpospolitą.

Aż 94% Polaków deklarowało, że ufa strażników. Drugie miejsce zajmują farmaceuty i w trzecim miejscu są piloci samolotów.

Lekarze uzyskali 10% pozytywnych głosów od zeszłego roku jak 73% Polaków deklarowało ufności do nich. Jest to w porównaniu do 79% Polaków, którzy głosowali, że ufają pielęgniarki.

Zgodnie z tradycją, politycy mieli najsłabsze oceny, tylko 3% Polaków powiedziało, że ufa wybranych polityków.

Relationship between these two characters of this theaterical play 'On saturday at eight' of Hanocha Levina staged at the New Theatre in Poznan has become the subject of psychological analysis of the unfulfilled expectations of partners. "Based on psychoanalytic achievements, systematic family therapy and communication theory, Jurg Willi postulated collission concept, which says that marital conflicts are results of neurotic disorders of both partners, explains Weronika Żytkowiak-Braciak from the theraupetic and personal development laboratory. Collission concept theory studies unintentional conflict which one carries from the childhood, literally secret misunderstanding, where each partner's problem is strongly related with continuous failure and expectations.

As time passes the real face of Zoe reveals. Most probably her problem is rooted to experience of some serious loss in her life resulting fear of closeness and leaving. However, the most secretive desire of Zoe is to be loved. She confess that at the end of the last scene so he should continue loving her, while he believes that it is she who needs to love him.

Why are you not like others?
